These systems are specially designed for wide ranging Copper & Copper based alloy melting applications. VIP-NF air cooled power supplies provide precise digital controls and are available in ratings of 75 & 125 kW with 3000 Hz. frequency.

VIP-NF series systems are configured to operate with furnaces using pre-formed Silicon Carbide crucibles of capacities 100 Kg, 150 Kg & 250 Kg, fitted in a variety of high efficiency furnace designs such as Lift-Swing, Push-Out, Lift-Coil and Tiltable units.

The high efficiency design has totally eliminated the need for water cooling of power supply components. For the furnace cooling, a packaged water to air closed loop cooling system (dry cooling) is included, which is environment friendly, not requiring frequent replenishment of the water. |
